Who we are
Stedivo is made by Mimshak Technology LLC. When this page says we, it means that company, and it is who holds what the product stores.
Write to hello@getstedivo.com about anything on this page, including a request to see or delete what we hold.
Before you sign up
Opening this product creates nothing. You can read the first screen, build a commitment and change your mind, and no account exists and no email address is asked for.
The moment you commit, a record exists on our server tied to an identifier stored on your device. If you never claim it with an email address, that record is deleted after 30 days.
What we store
- Your email address, once you claim an account, and your display name.
- Your timezone, because a deadline in the wrong zone fails a commitment you actually kept.
- Your commitments, the terms you set, and every activity you record.
- Proof photos, when your commitment asks for them.
- Which messages the product sent you and whether they were delivered.
- A phone number, only if you give one for text messages.
Location is not collected. Contacts are not read. There is no advertising in this product and no data is sold to anybody.
Photos
A proof photo has its embedded camera data removed before it leaves your device, so the place and time your camera recorded do not travel with it. The image is stored and shown to the people your commitment says can see it.
Your photos stay with the commitment they belong to, so a finished commitment still shows what you did. Deleting your account deletes every photo you uploaded, at the moment you ask.
What other people see
A partner or a crew member sees your goal, how much of it you have done, and whether you are at risk of missing. That is the arrangement you set up, and the screen where you set it lists exactly what travels before you agree to it.
They are told when you use Grace, and they are not told the reason you gave. The reason exists so the product can learn from it, and a reason shared with somebody else is a reason nobody answers honestly.
Nobody sees your email address, your phone number, or anything about any other commitment on your account.
Who else handles it
The database and file storage are hosted by Supabase. The application runs on Vercel. Email is sent through a mail provider. Push notifications pass through Apple, Google, and browser push services to reach your device.
Each of these sees only what it needs to do its job, and none of them is given your data for their own purposes.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from inside the app, on any platform that let you create one. It takes one confirmation and nothing else.
Your credential stops working immediately. Your personal details are removed, your photos are purged, and the records we keep for counting how the product is used are separated from you so they no longer point at a person.
One thing survives, and it is worth knowing. If somebody else was backing you, the fact that a commitment existed and ended stays on their side of that arrangement. Their record of their own participation is theirs.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deletion is in the app; for the other two, write to us from the address on your account.
What this does not answer yet
- It names no jurisdiction, because that is a decision still to be made.
- It does not yet state a legal basis for processing under GDPR, or answer the equivalent questions under other regimes.
Questions about any of this go to support.
